I'm a small at home cupcake bakery and I'm considering marketing to salons in my area. I'd suggest that the cupcakes be offered to the clients while they are waiting to see their stylist. If you were a client at a high end salon, would you appreciate the salon offering you a cupcake or a cookie?
you sound like a proper thinkin business woman. props to you madam. sounds like a good plan too.If you were a client at a high end salon, would you appreciate the salon offering you a cupcake or a cookie?
muffins, less messy
I think cupcakes might be too messy for eating in the lobby, but if they were packaged creatively, they would make a great thank you gift to take home and enjoy later.
Cookies would be better because they'll last longer than cupcakes. Good luck!!!
I think that's a great idea. Maybe offer soft drinks and bottled waters to them in conjunction with the sweets. I'm always thirsty when I get my hair done and there is never anything to drink there. Only problem is the items would need to be individually wrapped for hygeine (don't want someone else's hair in your cupcake).
Yes, and maybe you could even decorate them with something salon-related. You go, girl!! Where is your bakery...I am totally craving cake...
maybe coffee, but not a hairy cupcake.
Cupcakes can be a bit messy. I'd choose the cookie.
probably a cookie, as long as it doesn't crumble too easily...maybe a small one would be cute
No, too messy. A small cookie, maybe. I'd rather just have a cup of coffee.
i wouldn't want any sweets. I would want something healthy.
Yes, I think that's a great idea. I mean, we're already paying way too much for the services by going to a high end salon, the least they could do is offer me a cookie and/or a cup of coffee.
perhaps on the way out, casue seems liek it would leave crumbs, in a somewhat clean place
yeah i would love to have a cupcake or cookie offered to me it would be great to get a snack while waiting.
I would think a glass of juice, coffee, or wine would be more appropriate
