I'm bi-racial(black&white) i want to get darker for summer should i go to a tanning salon?

I have a fairly light skin tone, alot of my friends are white %26amp; when they start tanning they all get darker than me! I don't want to get super dark just a little.I'm bi-racial(black%26amp;white) i want to get darker for summer should i go to a tanning salon?
No try a spray tan or tanning lotion.Sun beds are the worst thing you can do to your skin. They are 3 times stronger than the midday summer sun,you risk skin cancer and pre mature ageing if you use either them or you sun bake.I'm bi-racial(black%26amp;white) i want to get darker for summer should i go to a tanning salon?
By the time you are 25 to 30 you would regret tanning and have noticable lines before you are 30. If you don't tan or if you fake it, your skin will stay smooth much longer. It makes a huge difference. The skin of a 25 year old that has baked in UV light looks like the skin of a 37 year old who has stayed out of the sun and wore sunscreen each day.

You could be happy with your skin color. Also, it is not hard to use self-tanners after you learn the technique. If you apply right then it looks like a real tan. Why not try a FAKE tanning salon that applies the tanning spray perfectly for you in a few mintues. You will be happy and SO happy several years from now when your skin still looks good if you use sunscreen every day and only fake suntans.
First start off with the tanning salon..the bed never the spray.. GROSS its gonna turn you orange lol. Then hit the beach and get a natural tan that will last you months. FYI tanning radiation is really bad for your skin. You can get skin cancer. So make sure you use sun block UVA and UVB when you hit the beach=]
i dont think u shud. i myself am a lightskin indian, and i am now avoiding the sun cuz i dont wanna look like im 40 when i turn 25 so i use selftanner, but if u wanna do soemthing nice for urself, get a spray tan. it will give u a more golden glow rather than just turning black (which is what happens to me with the real sun tan)
Yes tanning will make you darker and with darker skin the tan usually lasts longer and you tan faster so going a few times will get you to the tan that you want and just go every once in a while to maintain it.
i have the same problem every summer. do you really want to go to a tanning salon? i mean, if being in the sun isnt an option for you, then i guess a salon would be a good idea. just be safe.
My mom is also biracial and she just lays out in the sun w/ some banana boat spray tan oil. She looks great afterwards. Not to dark just a nice deep tan.
